Duties -Prepare a variety of baked goods, including sourdough loaves and starter-based products, following established recipes and standards-Assist in food handling and safety procedures to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations-Support overall food preparation activities, including ingredient measurement and assembly-Assisting in tracking inventory levels-Package baked items carefully for retail display or customer orders to maintain freshness and presentation-Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas to uphold food safety standards Requirements -Proven experience in baking and/or food preparation within a restaurant or bakery setting-Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices-Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail-Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude-Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights as needed-Enthusiasm for learning new techniques in baking, decorating, and food presentation Join us to craft delightful treats that bring smiles to our customers faces!
