Mikaku Japanese Restaurant is seeking a talented and passionate *Kitchen Cook/Kitchen assistance* to join our dynamic culinary team! If you have a love for Japanese cuisine and a desire to create authentic, delicious dishes, we'd love to hear from you. *Job Type:* Full-time / Part-time (30-35 hours a week) *Schedule:* Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. *Salary:* Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.($15.00-18.00 per hour) *Responsibilities:* * Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Japanese dishes, including but not limited to ramen, tempura, and appetizers. * Execute dishes according to Mikaku's recipes and quality standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. * Assist with inventory management, including stocking and rotating ingredients. * Work efficiently and collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
