Our small, private owned dental practice is seeking a Part Time Dental Receptionist. Must be able to work independently and perform all dental reception task. Minimum of 1 Year Experience Required Office Hours: Monday - 10am - 6pm Tuesday to Thursday - 9:00am - 5pm Duties: - Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls & email inquiries - Verify insurance coverage, submit and manage pre-auths efficiently - Schedule appointments and maintain patient records using Maxident - Collect patient payment and insurance remittance Qualifications: - 1 year experience as Dental Reception - Experience with *Maxident* is strongly preferred - Knowledge of Dental Terminology & Treatment - Strong communication skills with attention to detail Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Work Location: In person Location Vancouver , BC Work location On site Salary $ 25.00 to $ 32.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10233021217 Various locations Vancouver, BC
