*Job Overview* Mulmur Tree Service is seeking an experienced *ISA Certified Arborist* to join our growing team. We are looking for an arborist with strong climbing, rigging, and technical tree removal skills who takes pride in performing high-quality work safely and efficiently. Our work includes residential, commercial, and technical tree removals and pruning, including larger and more challenging trees. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: * Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removals * Climb trees using proper climbing techniques and equipment * Perform technical tree removals using appropriate rigging systems * Safely rig and lower branches and sections of trees * Operate and assist with bucket truck operations * Assess trees and determine appropriate work methods * Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices * Properly use, maintain, and inspect climbing, rigging, and tree-care equipment * Maintain a clean and organized work site * Work effectively as part of a crew * Assist with other tree-care and related duties as required Qualifications & Skills * *ISA Certified Arborist designation required* * Demonstrated experience in tree climbing, pruning, and removals * Strong understanding and practical experience with tree rigging techniques * Ability to safely rig and control branches and tree sections during removals * Experience with technical and larger tree removals is an asset * Bucket truck experience is an asset * Strong knowledge of safe climbing practices and arboricultural techniques * Ability to work safely at heights and in physically demanding outdoor conditions * Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE * Valid driver's licence is an asset * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable, responsible, and safety-focused Position Details * *Seasonal position with the potential for additional work depending on workload* * *Competitive hourly rate based on experience, climbing ability, and qualifications* * Opportunity to work on a variety of residential, commercial, and technical tree-care projects * Work primarily performed outdoors and may involve physically demanding conditions About Mulmur Tree Service Mulmur Tree Service is a growing professional tree-care company specializing in *large and technical tree removals, pruning, stump grinding, and vegetation management*.
