Our work environment includes: * Growth opportunities * Small tight knit crew * Custom homes, shops and additions We are looking for an experienced carpenter who is highly proficient in new builds and renovations, and able to tackle different scopes of a project from start to finish; with the primary focus on finishing and exterior cladding. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate has to work well with other team members and has experience working in a team environment. Starting wage for Journeyman (or experienced equivalent) is 40$/hr Responsibilities: * Use power tools and handtools to build and repair structures. * Be familiar with architectural blueprints. * Be able to read and interpret plans. * Understand the use of various building materials. * Construct, repair, and repair structures of various kinds. * Work on projects from beginning to completion. * Communicate with customers regarding their building needs.
