The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, prior residential and commercial painting by spray application experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. *Responsibilities* * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. * Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using spray equipment or brushes and rollers. * Read and interpret blueprints/job orders to understand project specifications and requirements. * Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various tasks. * Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. * Restore surfaces as needed to maintain the integrity of structures. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all stages of the project. * Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise. *Skills* * Proficient in construction painting techniques for both residential and industrial settings. * Experience in paint by spray applications. * Experience in using power tools and hand tools relevant to painting tasks. * Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings. * Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. * Knowledge of restoration techniques for various surfaces is a plus. * Familiarity with carpentry skills can enhance project outcomes.
