*DATA ENTRY CLERK* A fast paced, mechanical company providing complete mechanical services for new construction of multi-dwelling residential, condos/apartments, town houses and light commercial. We offer competitive wages and a group benefit plan including medical, dental and RRSP plan. We currently have an opportunity for a _*Data Entry Clerk*_ based out of our Saskatoon office. This position will be under the direction of the Finance Controller and responsible for performing a variety of data entry duties. *DUTIES:* * Process and scan invoices accurately and efficiently. * Receive, verify, and enter data into appropriate systems. * Maintain accurate records and documentation. * Communicate with purchasing department regarding order discrepancies. * Assist with additional administrative tasks as required. *QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE:* * Accounting certificate/diploma or equivalent experience (4+ years) in an accounts receivable role. * Knowledge of general accounting practices. * Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM. * Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable is considered an asset. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. * Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Attention to detail and ability to produce timely and accurate results. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Background in the construction or mechanical industry is considered an asset. *BENEFITS:* * Dental care * Extended health care * RRSP match Benefits *Job Type*: Full-time, Permanent *Schedule: * Monday to Friday *Work Location:* In person Wage to be determined based on school level and experience.
