*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. Abilities in experience with children with disabilities or in special education, are highly valued. The Early Childhood Teacher will play a vital role in fostering developmental growth and ensuring a positive learning experience for all students. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development * Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment * Engage children in educational activities that encourage curiosity and learning * Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs * Maintain accurate records of student development and classroom activities * Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and classroom management strategies * Utilize computer skills for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes * Manage classroom time efficiently to maximize learning opportunities * Demonstrate leadership in guiding children through daily routines and activities * Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or requiring special education support *Experience* * Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings is preferred * Experience working with children with disabilities or in special education is advantageous * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff * Familiarity with computer operation for educational tools, record keeping, and communication platforms * Demonstrated organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently * Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities while maintaining a nurturing approach * Knowledge of childcare best practices, early childhood development principles, and teaching methodologies Join our team to make a meaningful impact on children's early learning experiences by fostering growth through engaging educational activities within a supportive environment.
