*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be adept in mechanical installations and maintenance. This is a road position with a service truck provided working in the aggregate industry. Some travel within Ontario required, mostly home each night. *Responsibilities* * Servicing our many customers with new equipment installs. * Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment. * Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues. * Perform welding tasks as needed for equipment repairs. * Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues. * Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with team members and other departments. * Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operations. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. *Experience* * Proven experience in industrial maintenance or as a Millwright is preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
