*Job Description:* The Data Analyst supports evidence-based practice by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting program data; developing internal dashboards and reporting systems; monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs); and providing recommendations that drive service excellence. They collaborate closely with program teams to ensure that data is used effectively to enhance client outcomes, strengthen program delivery, and meet contractual obligations. *Key Responsibilities:* * Monitor and maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all program data (e.g., case management systems, assessment tools, ministry reporting systems). * Monitor KPIs and service standards, ensuring alignment with funder requirements, organizational targets, and community needs. * Maintain and optimize case management software, statistical tracking systems, and digital reporting platforms. * Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. * Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visual reports that support program monitoring and decision-making. * Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders, leadership, the board, and funding bodies. * Generate program evaluation summaries that demonstrate outcomes, performance metrics, and areas of strength or development. * Support teams in meeting Funder and contractual reporting requirements through accurate data consolidation and submission. *Qualifications:* * You are a new entrant into the work force with post-secondary degree or diploma in data analysis, statistics, social sciences, program evaluation, business analytics, or a related field *OR *are transitioning to a new career, or unemployed or underemployed who are entering a new field; * Have not previously participated in a NOHFC-funded internship; * Are at least 18 years of age; and * Reside, and be legally entitled to work, in Canada. * Strong proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, or similar platforms). * Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. * Proficiency in both official languages is an asset. * Class G Driver?s License with access to a reliable, insured vehicle. *Application Deadline: *Posted until position is filled *Please email full applications (cover letter & resumé) to:* Dhwani Bhatia dhwanib@sudburyemployment.ca *This opportunity is proudly supported by Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation and is funded through the Workforce Development Program.
