Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Work site environment: At heights. Dangerous. All weather conditions. Tasks: Oversee safety of operations. Leading/instructing groups. Estimate materials, tools and equipment required for projects . Supervise other technical support workers in this group. Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Administer first aid in emergency situations. Ensure safety procedures are followed. Develop quality management and quality assurance standards. Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification. Equipment and machinery experience: Washing machines. Area of work experience: Cleaning. Area of specialization: High-rises (8 stories or more). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Personal suitability: Excellent written communication. Hardworking. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for Indigenous people: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations . Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .
