South Vancouver Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to become an important part of our growing multidisciplinary team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Conveniently located on the second floor of Superstore in South Vancouver, our clinic provides physiotherapy, massage therapy, and kinesiology services. We are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and fostering a positive, supportive workplace where team members can grow and succeed. What You'll Be Doing * Welcome patients and create a positive first impression of the clinic * Schedule and manage appointments in person, over the phone, and via email * Handle patient check-ins, check-outs, billing, and insurance claims * Respond to inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency * Maintain accurate and confidential patient records * Coordinate claims and communication with insurers such as ICBC and WorkSafeBC * Support clinicians and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations * Help keep the clinic organized, clean, and fully stocked What We're Looking For * Friendly, positive, and customer-service oriented * Reliable, punctual, and professional * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Highly organized with excellent attention to detail * Able to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment * A collaborative team player who can also work independently * Respectful of patient privacy and confidentiality * Eager to learn and contribute to a supportive workplace culture Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in a healthcare, medical, or customer service setting * Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and general office software * Familiarity with ICBC and WorkSafeBC claims processes Required Qualification *Previous JaneApp experience is mandatory.
