*Job Summary* Alpine Graphics has an immediate Full-Time opening for an Account Manager. Alpine Graphic Productions Limited is an established, award-winning screen and digital print manufacturer supplying North American clients with fleet graphics, architectural graphics, anti-graffiti products, safety signage and decals. We offer competitive salary and benefits, negotiable based on experience. We are seeking a highly organized and detail?driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?moving marketing environment where multiple projects, tight deadlines, and evolving client needs are the norm. You will serve as the central communication hub between clients, production staff, designers, and installation contractors, ensuring every job moves smoothly from initial intake through final delivery. This is not a cold?calling or sales?quota position. Instead, it is a hands?on coordination role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex workflows with accuracy and confidence. *Responsibilities * - Build strong client relationships - assessing needs, providing education, and generating proposals - Gather detailed job information and accurately distill requirements that other internal teams (estimation, production, design, etc.) can execute without ambiguity - Supervise the intake, tracking/logging, and auditing of all drawing revisions from design teams, while managing the client submittal and feedback process to secure approvals that meet production deadlines. - Schedule installations with external contractors, confirm site details (site visits may be required), and serve as the liaison between clients and installers - Track job progress, proactively communicate updates, and resolve any issues quickly - Maintain accurate CRM/MIS/ERP records and communication logs for all active jobs *Qualifications and Skills* *Mandatory:* - Excellent attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Time management - Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships with a mindset for customer service - Works well in a team environment - Energy and enthusiasm - Self-starter and accountable - Responsive and proactive - Fearless and performs well under pressure - Project management - Minimum Undergraduate degree *Preferred:* - French fluency is a great asset - Experience with Adobe Illustrator - Experience with Sage accounting software - Experience in manufacturing - Passion for design and design methodology/standards - Experience with decal installation *Benefits* Life Insurance, Health, Dental & Vision Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: * Schomberg, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education: * Bachelor's Degree (required) Experience: * Customer Service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Location Schomberg , ON Work location On site Salary $ 45,000 to $ 60,000 YEAR annually Terms of employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10226723900 Various locations Schomberg, ON
