This role involves supervising kitchen staff, maintaining high culinary and sanitation standards, and coordinating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service. The Kitchen Manager plays a key role in upholding Nonni?s commitment to quality, tradition, and hospitality. *Key Responsibilities:* * Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations * Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain consistency and quality * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times * Train and mentor kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques and operational procedures * Collaborate with the Service Manager and bakery team to coordinate food production and service timing * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace * Monitor kitchen workflow, identifying and implementing process improvements * Assist with scheduling, staff management, and ensuring adherence to kitchen protocols *Required Experience: *Minimum 2 years of professional experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred*.* Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour Work Location: In person Location Toronto , ON Work location On site Salary $ 20.00 to $ 30.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10232519834 Various locations Toronto, ON
