Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions. Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Plan and organize daily operations. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Team player. Efficient interpersonal skills. Time management. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
