The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with customers, crafting both classic and original cocktails, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. *Responsibilities* * Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and guest preferences. * Demonstrate a warm, outgoing, and professional personality when interacting with guests. * Provide exceptional customer service, from greeting guests to answering questions and handling concerns. * Operate and maintain the *TouchBistro POS system* with accuracy when processing payments. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and prep stations. * Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in compliance with Smart Serve regulations. * Manage bar inventory and communicate shortages or restock needs in a timely manner. * Support daily and weekly operational checklists, contributing to overall team efficiency. *Requirements* * Minimum *1 year of bartending experience* (required) * Valid *Smart Serve Certification* (required) * Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and flavour pairings * Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure * Positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for hospitality *Why Join Kensei* * Be part of a creative, close-knit team driven by quality and innovation. * Opportunity to contribute ideas for new cocktails and seasonal menus.
