We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to expand our field operations. *Role Overview* General Construction Labourer duties Include but are not limited to: * Assist with construction activities such as site preparation, basework, grading, and concrete/asphalt preparation. * Operate hand tools and small equipment (cut-saws, compactors, etc.) * Operate heavy equipment as needed (Packer, Loader, etc.) * Support heavy equipment operators on the ground as needed * Perform physical tasks such as digging, leveling, and clean-up * Follow all safety procedures and company policies *Requirements:* * Previous construction or labour experience preferred (roadwork experience is an asset) * Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) * Valid Drivers License (Class 5 is required, Class 3 is an asset) * Ability to operate heavy equipment is an asset * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to work well in a team environment * Ability to work outside in all weather conditions * Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends if required _We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted._ Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * RRSP match * Vision care Experience: * Construction: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Class 5 Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person Location Headingley , MB Work location On site Salary $ 20.00 to $ 28.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Seasonal employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10232416466 Various locations Headingley, MB
