Job description: Seasonal Solutions Inc. is seeking a full time laborer and/or part time- casual laborer to join our team. We have been in business since 2012 and actively perform work in and around the Sherwood Park and Edmonton area. We are a full-service property maintenance company performing lawn maintenance, snow removal, parking lot sweeping and line painting for commercial and condominium complexes in the Sherwood Park and Edmonton area. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Lawn maintenance on a weekly basis of commercial and residential properties during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. This includes using commercial mowers, trimmers, ride on equipment, walk behind equipment, picking weeds, checking for deficiencies on properties and reporting to crew lead and more. Hourly pay on a 4x10 hour work schedule. - Possibility for additional hours/work doing line painting, parking lot sweeping, or other services after hours. - Sidewalk snow clearing during the winter season using hand shovels, scrapers, snowblower's and various other equipment. Salary pay is based off full time hours regardless of snow amount or frequency. Requirements: - Be at least 16 years of age or older - Have a valid class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract and access to own transportation - Provide a background check - Be willing to work in a physically demanding environment - Be available on call during the winter months (November 1st- April 1st) - Be available to work uncontrollable hours during the winter months due to weather i.e. snow removal on a daily basis if throughout winter, or if rain days occur during the week in the summer- weekend work to catch up to schedule. - Be seeking a position with a growing company. Opportunities to be promoted into higher roles will be available. Application Assets: - Mechanical Experience in small engines, trailers, vehicles, and heavy equipment is a major asset. - Ability to operate a truck and trailer effectively including backing up trailers into tight spaces an asset - Experience in the landscape/ maintenance industry will be given priority but is not required Only emailed resumes will be responded to.
