Must be able to work independently or as part of a team and follow instructions. Must have a good work ethic, be detail oriented and take pride in your work. If carpentry is your passion, we would like to talk to you. We offer an enjoyable, easy going working environment and opportunities for advancement in our rapidly expanding business. * Experience a plus * Demonstrates excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Willingness to learn new procedures * Ability to work independently or as part of a team while following instructions * Valid clean driver?s license and reliable transportation Job Duties: * Fence and deck construction which can include building fences, decks, stairs, pergolas, gazebos and carpentry related projects such as exterior railings and columns. * Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time. * Ability to repeatedly lift 50lbs. * Working in all weather conditions. * Punctual and on time for work daily. * Conduct routine setup and cleaning of the job site to ensure the site is clean and free of hazards. * Demolition and removal which can include helping to demo existing fences/decks/etc. and disposing of the materials offsite. * Follow our safety practices and procedures. * Communicate effectively with our team.
