*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and contribute to the creation and maintenance of beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves hands-on work in various landscaping projects, requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for horticulture and construction. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and capable of performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance and construction. *Duties* * Assist with landscape installation, including planting, grading, and soil preparation * Operate machinery such as excavators and power tools safely and efficiently * Maintain irrigation systems, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting * Perform gardening tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, and lawn care * Use hand tools and mechanical equipment for landscape maintenance and construction projects * Conduct routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance * Support team members in large-scale construction or renovation projects within outdoor environments * Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized throughout each project phase *Experience* * Prior experience with landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate * Familiarity with excavation equipment such as excavators is a plus * Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance practices is advantageous * Mechanical knowledge related to power tools and hand tools is beneficial * Experience in construction or outdoor maintenance work will help in adapting quickly to job responsibilities * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions with attention to safety standards Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person Location Windsor , ON Work location On site Salary $ 18.00 to $ 20.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10232362362 Various locations Windsor, ON
