*HVAC Technician ? Fan Coil & Heat Pump Specialist* *Overview* We are looking for an experienced *HVAC Technician* to join our team and work on residential and condominium HVAC systems throughout the GTA. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with *fan coil systems and heat pumps*, including *installation, servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs*. *Experience working with fan coil units and heat pumps is a MUST for this position.* Duties * Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain *fan coil systems* * Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain *heat pump systems* * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, heating, and cooling issues * Perform preventative and comprehensive HVAC maintenance * Replace and repair motors, actuators, valves, cartridges, controls, thermostats, and other HVAC components * Clean and service coils, blower assemblies, drain pans, and condensate drainage systems * Flush coils and test system operation * Identify deficiencies and recommend required repairs * Read and interpret HVAC schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals * Test equipment after service or installation to ensure proper operation * Complete detailed service reports and document repairs and deficiencies * Maintain a clean and professional work area * Communicate professionally with residents, property managers, building management, and team members Qualifications * *Must have previous hands-on experience servicing and installing fan coil systems* * *Must have previous hands-on experience servicing and installing heat pumps* * Must be able to independently diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC problems * Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge * Experience working in condominiums and residential buildings is an asset * Ability to read HVAC wiring diagrams and schematics * Must be reliable, punctual, and professional * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid Ontario driver's licence * Must be able to travel throughout the GTA * HVAC certifications and licences are considered a strong asset Preferred Experience Experience with the following is considered an asset: * 2-pipe and 4-pipe fan coil systems * Water-source heat pumps * Fan coil motors and blower assemblies * Actuators and control valves * Thermostats and HVAC controls * Coil flushing and cleaning * Condensate drainage systems * ERV/HRV systems *Important:* This position requires actual field experience with *fan coil units and heat pumps*.
