Our established Pelvic & Ortho Physiotherapy clinic is located in a large beautiful modern medical building with strong referral sources (Ottawa Medical Group, OMG). Our services & team include: physiotherapists, massage therapist, and a registered dietian. We have a steady flow of both Pelvic and Ortho PT referrals and are seeking a skilled self-motivated _*pelvic (+/- ortho) physiotherapist*_ to join our team. _*Salaried or independent contractor*_ positions available starting at $90K to $130K per year (full-time earning). _*Mentorship, coaching*_, and participation as a valued team member are always part of our philosophy at Motion Works Physiotherapy Orleans. _*Part-time positions are also available*_, for desiring candidate. *Clinic & Position Information:* * 90K to $130K per year - no need to worry about your schedule or bookings or accounting. * Continuing Education Allowances. * Mentorship included (weekly one-on-one pre-booked sessions, and impromptu). * Opportunities for Partnership in the business. * Billingual - an Asset. * We are located in a prime medical building (with over 14 OB/GYN; urologists; 8 Family Medicine Physicians; 1 fertility clinic; Pharmacy; Imaging; and more, on site). * We provide individualized, evidence-based, quality client care; PT - emphasized on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and client education. * _*Services *_offered: physiotherapy (pelvic floor and orthopaedic), massage therapy, dietitian, and orthopaedic supplies (braces, compression stockings, etc.). * _*Caseload*_ - varied pre- and post-natal, bladder/bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, fertility, and orthopaedic conditions. Pelvic physiotherapy appointment durations vary on needs; orthopaedic follow-up appointments (2/hour). Assessments ? 60-minute one-on-one. * Pelvic candidate holds current practice experience in Pelvic Health/Physiotherapy _*AND/OR*_ _interest in pursuing further continuing education in pelvic floor physiotherapy._ _*Funding available for appropriate candidate working toward completing all 3 levels of Pelvic Health Solutions training.*_ * Training in manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, exercise prescription - an asset. * _*New grads welcome!*_ * Active, in good standing, independent practice member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO), rostered for Pelvic Physiotherapy. * _*Mentorship program available*_ (team of 3 pelvic physiotherapists & 5 ortho physiotherapists). * Bi-monthly Professional development team meetings. * _*No physiotherapy aides; *_one-on-one physiotherapy visits. * PPE and all clinical equipment provided by clinic, as needed. * Full administration, advertising, marketing, admin support provided by the clinic. * Great team environment and strong client referral sources.
