*Shipping & Logistics Supervisor* *Location:* Concord, ON *Job Type:* Full-time, Permanent Wonder Berry is well-established food importer and distributor serving major grocery chains and independent retailers across Canada. We are looking for an experienced *Shipping & Logistics Supervisor* to oversee our daily shipping, receiving, transportation, and logistics operations.The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment, coordinating with carriers, warehouses, while ensuring the efficient movement of goods and excellent customer service.*Responsibilities* * Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments. * Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and 3PL providers. * Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documentation. * Monitor shipments and proactively resolve transportation delays and delivery issues. * Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams. * Manage relationships with freight carriers, brokers, and transportation providers. * Investigate shipping discrepancies, shortages, damages, and freight claims. * Ensure inventory movements are accurately reflected in the ERP/WMS system. * Support warehouse shipping and receiving operations to ensure on-time order fulfillment. * Assist with process improvements to increase logistics efficiency and reduce transportation costs. * Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and food safety standards. *Qualifications* * 3?5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, transportation, or supply chain operations. * Previous experience working with 3PL providers and freight carriers. * Experience in a distribution or food warehouse environment. * Strong understanding of transportation coordination and shipping documentation. * Experience with ERP/WMS systems. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in the food distribution industry is considered a strong asset. *What We Offer* * Full-time permanent position * Monday to Friday schedule * Competitive salary based on experience * Paid vacation * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and company growth *Preferred Skills* * Logistics coordination * Third-Party Logistics (3PL) management * Carrier management * Transportation planning * Freight claims * Inventory control * Shipping documentation * ERP/WMS systems * Microsoft Excel * Food distribution *Benefits* * Casual dress * On-site parking * Store discount *Work Location:* In person Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Store discount Work Location: In person Location Concord , ON Work location On site Salary $ 25.00 to $ 30.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10232319728 Various locations Concord, ON
