POSITION: Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant *Addresses: *400 Adelaide St. W. AND 550 Front St. West *Pharmacy Hours:* Monday to Friday 10am-7pm Salary/Rate: $23/hour *HOURS: * 40 hours *START DATE: *September 2026 *STATUS*: Full-Time Join an inclusive and diverse team that prides itself in providing excellent patient care. Kroll Pharmacy Software experience is required and will be tested. Must be comfortable with inputting and processing prescriptions and billing to insurances. Friendly, energetic and able to work well with others. Pharmacy assistant hours will be distributed amongst our 2 pharmacy locations. *Position Responsibilities* * *Strong command of the English language (required)* * *Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills (required)* * *Experience with Kroll software (required & will be tested)* * *Recent pharmacy experience (required)* * Familiar with brand and generic drug names (required) * Very comfortable using pharmacy SIG's (example: BID, TID, PRN, etc.) (required) * Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Pharmacist direction, and adhere to all legal requirements, including provincial and federal regulations and bi-laws * Responsibilities & purpose of this job * accurately input prescription information, fill and dispense medications, cashing out patients/customers * Dealing with insurance companies * Communicating with doctors and other medical staff * Confidentiality and privacy required at all times. * Helping and communicating with patients/customers for their prescription and OTC needs * Ordering and receiving prescription and OTC stock * Compliance packaging * Basic computer skills such as word processing * Maintenance, organization, and any other pharmacy and pharmacist supportive functions * Cleaning, and ensuring orderly pharmacy work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 per hour Expected hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week Benefits: * Store discount Schedule: * Monday to Friday (hours may be distributed across both pharmacy locations) Experience: * pharmacy: 1 year (required) * Kroll Software: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: September 2026 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 per hour Experience: * pharmacy: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Location Toronto , ON Work location On site Salary $ 23.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10232269470 Various locations Toronto, ON
