We are seeking motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in tree care and arboriculture. *Job Overview* We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team including a lead climber. This paid position offers hands-on experience in tree climbing, rigging, and other aspects of tree work. *Duties* * Perform tree pruning, removals, and stump grinding * Good knowledge of rigging systems and rope work considered essential * Help maintain equipment such as climbing gear, tools, and safety harnesses * Participate in safety inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols during all operations * Contribute to the overall health and aesthetics of client landscapes through good arboricultural practices *Qualifications* * 2 years climbing experience or a strong desire to learn climbing techniques using personal gear or company gear as needed * D license preferred * Willingness to learn pruning, rigging, crane work, and other aspects of tree work * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate to heavy loads regularly * Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to grow professionally Join us at J.
