In this rile, you will play a key part in our cleaning operations, maintaining our Airbnb and short-term rental properties, and ensuring our team consistently delivers exceptional service. We are looking for a detail ? oriented leader with excellent organizational and communication skills who can effectively supervise staff while maintaining the high standards our clients expect. *Responsibilities * · Supervise, support, and motivate cleaning staff · Train and onboard new employees to company standards. · Assist with inventory management and ensure cleaning supplies are well stocked · Conduct quality inspections to maintain high cleaning standards · Coordinate and respond to guest messages in a professional and timely manner. · Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company shop and storage areas. · Ensure all the health and safety procedures are followed. · Resolve issues efficiently while providing excellent customer service. *Qualifications * · Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not necessary. · Previous experience in residential, commercial, or short-term rental cleaning · Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. · Ability to work independently and lead a team. · Valid driver?s license with reliable transportation. · Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical cleaning duties. · Experience with Airbnb or vacation rental cleaning is considered an asset. *Schedule * · *35 ? 40 hours per week * · *Must be available to work weekends * · *Any two weekdays off * · Schedule may vary based on operational needs. *What we offer * · Competitive pay of *$21.00 - $24.00 per hour*, based on experience. · Gas stipend provided for work- related travel. · Paid Training. · Opportunities for advancement within a growing company. · Supportive and team- oriented work environment Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking Application question(s): * Do you have access to your own vehicle? * Are you available to work on weekends?
