Key Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalency preferred * Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods * Knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials * Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment * Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend * Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs * Knowledgeable in food hygiene and safety * Food Safety Course * Customer service skills Responsibilities: * Attend to hotel guest food needs, requests and concerns * Knowledge of weekly breakfast menu * Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in a guest-ready atmosphere * Food preparation * Ensure breakfast items are continually replenished and presented in an appealing manner * Wiping up spills and maintaining the cleanliness of all appliances and counter space * Clearing and cleaning tables * Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silverware prior to use * Returning reusable supplies to storage * Responsible for taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies for each day * Assist with closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations * Work as a team member in aspects such as: cleaning, side work, food preparation and storage Job Type: Part-time / Full-time We are looking for someone who has a passion for the tourism industry and also has kitchen/food experience.
