*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy equipment and a strong mechanical knowledge base. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment on-site, contributing to the successful completion of civil construction projects. *Duties* * Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, backhoes, and loaders for various construction tasks. * Perform digging and building operations as required by project specifications. * Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. * Safely maneuver equipment in tight spaces and around obstacles while adhering to safety protocols. * Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. * Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and any maintenance performed. * Assist in training new operators on equipment handling and safety procedures. *Requirements* * Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, bulldozers, backhoes, and loaders. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment. * Ability to dig, build, and perform various tasks related to construction projects. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. * Physical stamina to operate machinery for extended periods and perform manual labor as needed. * Valid driver's license may be required based on job site location.
