We are a pediatric dental office dedicated to creating a positive, welcoming, and fun experience for children and their families. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment. Position * *Role:* Dental Receptionist * *Location:* Toronto Kids Dental * *Schedule:* Saturdays only * *Employment Type:* Part-time Responsibilities * Welcome patients and families in a warm and professional manner * Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments * Check patients in and out * Confirm and manage appointments * Process payments and assist with billing and insurance inquiries * Maintain accurate patient information and records * Communicate with parents/guardians regarding appointments and treatment * Assist the dental team with administrative tasks as needed * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area * Provide exceptional customer service to our young patients and their families Qualifications * Previous dental reception or dental office experience is an asset * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Comfortable working with children and families * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Professional, friendly, and positive attitude * Reliable and punctual * Comfortable using computers and dentrix software * Ability to work independently while being a strong team player What We Offer * A fun and friendly pediatric dental environment * Supportive and welcoming team * Opportunity to work in a child-focused dental practice * Consistent Saturday hours *If you are enthusiastic, dependable, and love working with children, we would love to hear from you!* *To Apply:* Please submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your relevant experience.
