*Job Overview* Tandoori Chef ? Full-Time / Part-Time We are currently looking for an experienced Tandoori Chef to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience operating a traditional tandoor and preparing authentic Indian tandoori dishes. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare Naan, Garlic Naan, Butter Naan, Tandoori Roti and other Indian breads * Prepare and cook Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Paneer Tikka and other tandoori dishes * Confidently operate and maintain a commercial tandoor * Handle marination, preparation and cooking while maintaining consistent taste and quality * Work efficiently during busy restaurant hours * Maintain a clean, organized and hygienic workstation * Follow proper food-safety and kitchen procedures * Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared on time Requirements: * Previous professional experience as a Tandoori Chef / Tandoor Cook * Must be skilled in making naan and roti from scratch * Strong knowledge of tandoor temperature control and cooking techniques * Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment * Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team * Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
