*General Labourer* *Location:* St. Thomas, ON *Job Type:* Full-Time Seasonal *Pay:* Competitive hourly wage based on experience *About Us* Kettle Creek Landscaping has been serving St. Thomas and the surrounding area since 1987. We provide commercial grounds maintenance, garden maintenance, landscape enhancements, and snow removal services. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a hardworking team. *Position Summary* The General Labourer is a versatile team member who assists various divisions within our company, including lawn maintenance, garden maintenance, landscape enhancements, and watering operations. This position is ideal for students, recent graduates, or individuals looking to gain experience in the landscaping industry. No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be watering newly installed plants, while the next day you may be helping a lawn crew, assisting with a landscape project, or supporting our garden team. *Responsibilities* * Water trees, shrubs, flowers, and newly installed landscapes. * Assist lawn maintenance crews with mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-up. * Assist landscape crews with planting, mulching, grading, and material installation. * Support garden crews with weeding, pruning, deadheading, and garden maintenance. * Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials. * Drive company vehicles between job sites when required. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Follow all company safety procedures and policies. * Perform other general labour duties as assigned. *RequirementsRequired* * Valid Ontario Class G Driver?s Licence. * Reliable transportation to and from work. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. * Positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Preferred* * Previous landscaping, construction, farm, or outdoor labour experience. * Experience operating lawn maintenance equipment. * Interest in landscaping, horticulture, or construction. *What We Offer* * Full-time seasonal employment. * Hands-on experience in multiple areas of landscaping. * Opportunities to learn new skills and advance within the company. * Supportive team environment. * Outdoor work with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. *Why Join Kettle Creek Landscaping?* At Kettle Creek Landscaping, we believe in hard work, teamwork, and providing opportunities for employees to grow.
