Our sales team plays a critical role in our growth ? not by being pushy, but by being informed, confident, and trustworthy. The Role As a *Sales Representative*, you will be responsible for converting warm and door-to-door generated leads into booked, high-quality jobs. You will conduct *in-home estimates*, educate homeowners, present solutions clearly, and close work on the spot. You will be trained *door-to-door (D2D)* first to fully understand our services, customer objections, and neighborhoods. Training can take *as little as 2 weeks* for motivated, coachable individuals. This is a *performance-based role* with strong support, clear systems, and uncapped upside.
