Medical Secretary (Full-Time & Part-Time Available) We are looking for an experienced Medical Secretary who can efficiently manage a busy office and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: * Previous experience as a medical secretary or in a similar administrative role * Strong multitasking and organizational skills * Fluency in English (French and Arabic are assets) * Excellent computer skills (proficiency in medical office software preferred) * Ability to provide exceptional patient service Training will be provided by our current secretaries. One of our secretaries is leaving at the end of May 2025, and we need a full-time replacement for her position. 2. Registered Practitioner (Full-Time & Part-Time Available) We are also looking for a Registered Practitioner to assist our pediatrician and family doctor in facilitating patient care.
