We help travelers find the perfect gear for their journeys with premium customer service and expert product knowledge. Available Shifts: We are hiring for flexible day shifts. Candidates must be available for: * 10:00 AM ? 3:00 PM * 12:00 PM ? 5:00 PM * Must be available for both weekdays and weekends. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome customers and assist them in finding the right luggage, backpacks, and travel accessories. * Demonstrate product features, including TSA locks, expandable compartments, and wheel systems * Maintain visual merchandising standards by keeping bags neatly organized, dusted, and properly tagged. * Process sales transactions efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system. * Help restock the floor, which includes lifting and unboxing suitcase sets. Qualifications: * Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred * Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality. * Ability to learn and explain product features and airline regulations * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs (unboxing luggage sets). * Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work both weekday and weekend day shifts.
