*Job Summary* We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be the friendly face greeting customers, taking orders and assisting customers with retail and bakery items. *Duties* * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. * Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, giving correct change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end. * Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, counters, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. * Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards. *Requirements* * Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments.. * Experience with POS systems. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities. * Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and order processing. * Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours effectively. * Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably.
