Town Brewery opened in November 2017, and we operate on the premise of Good Work and Good Times. We are looking for a kitchen staff to join our team. Expectations * Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to recipes and quality standards. * Keep your workstation clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service. * Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures. * Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods. * Assist with food prep, receiving deliveries, stocking, and general kitchen duties as needed. * Help maintain a positive, reliable, and team-focused kitchen environment. Qualifications and Skills: * Must be 19 years of age or older * Must have Smart Serve certification * Must be willing to work weekends, weekdays, holidays and evenings Physical Requirements * Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, etc and lift up to 35 lbs * Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, and crouch down numerous times during shift Most importantly...
