Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Food Counter Attendant(FCA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, handle transactions, support kitchen operations while following health and safety standards in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards. * Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner. * Take orders and process payments using the point of sale system. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment. * Stock and replenish inventory and supplies as needed. * Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures. * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional way. * Communicate and cooperate with other staff members and managers. * A valid proserve certificate or willingness to obtain one Skills: To be a successful fast food attendant, you should have: * A friendly, outgoing personality * Experience in the food service industry is preferred, however will train the right candidate * Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing, cash handling procedures * Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices * Ability to work well in a team environment, follow instructions, multitask and provide excellent customer service * Basic mathematical and computer skills for accurate order processing * Willingness to learn and adapt to changes on as need basis * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and statutory holidays Join our team as a FCA to contribute to a positive customer experience while gaining valuable experience in the food industry.
