Replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while diligently handling guest requests in a timely manner. You will work with a dynamic team to help achieve the ultimate Guest Experience while earning employee incentives & rewards. Room Attendant duties will include; \* sanitizing guest bedrooms and bathrooms. \*Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities and vacuuming. \* Restock and maintain housekeeping cart on daily basis. \* Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks when required. *\Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation. *\Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships. Must be able to work independently and with others when required. \* Participate in IHG brand standard Way of Cleaning training programs conducted at time of hire and mandatory annual re certification training. Participate in mandatory staff meetings. Job Experience: \* Must have minimum 1 year housekeeping experience and/or, \* Must be able to work under time pressure.
