The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves hands-on tasks that contribute to the beautification and upkeep of various landscapes, ensuring they remain healthy, functional, and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain landscape features, including flower beds, pathways, and decorative elements. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery using strong mechanical knowledge and safe operating practices. Utilize power tools and hand tools for landscaping tasks such as digging, planting, trimming, pruning, and general maintenance. Perform regular landscape maintenance duties, including mowing, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high-quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field required. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and power tools. Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping tasks. Ability to dig, plant, and maintain gardens with attention to detail. Passion for working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed. Strong teamwork and communication skills with a commitment to delivering quality results. Work Environment Outdoor work environment in a variety of weather conditions. Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods. Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable work ethic and commitment to safety standards.
