If you have a flair for beverage recipe development, that's a plus! Attention to detail, a positive "can-do" attitude, and open availability from Thursday to Sunday are essential. Candidates must be of legal age to serve alcohol and hold a valid Smart Serve certification. A minimum of 1 year's experience behind the bar in an upscale full-service restaurant or cocktail bar is a must.
