*Job Summary* We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Korean skincare store as a Salesperson -Part-time (Contract*)*. This role combines *sales, store management,* ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer experience, and contributing to the store?s online presence. *Sales & Customer Service* * Provide knowledgeable and personalized skincare recommendations to customers. * Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Working as a Cashier and handling cash on the POS, updating daily sales and cash records * Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every shopper has a positive experience. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and solution-oriented. *Store Management & Operations* * Supervise daily store activities and store presentation. * Oversee shift scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and smooth operations. * Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and stock replenishment. * Support with product ordering, receiving shipments, and managing inventory levels. * Communicate promotions, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives to staff. *Social Media & Marketing Support* * Assist with creating engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) for social media platforms with the social media team. * Highlight new arrivals, promotions, and in-store activities online to drive traffic and sales. * Collaborate with management to implement digital marketing strategies. *Team Leadership* * Lead by example in customer engagement and sales techniques. * Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages growth. *Qualifications & Experience* * Minimum *1+ years of retail or sales experience* (beauty, skincare, or cosmetics preferred). * Previous *keyholder experience* in a retail environment (preferred). * Strong knowledge and genuine passion for skincare and beauty products (K-Beauty is a plus). * Basic experience with *social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)* and content creation. * Excellent *customer service and communication skills*. * Ability to *lead, motivate, and manage a team* effectively. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Must be available to work on weekeds and Holiday sale period.
