Town Brewery opened in November 2017, and we operate on the premise of Good Work and Good Times. We are looking for a Taproom Manager to help push our original taproom to new heights. Expectations * Hire, train, and supervise all customer-facing staff * Schedule shifts and manage employee performance * Be present on the floor and work closely with staff during the peak times * Monitor budgets and financial performance * Manage inventory and help control food and labour costs * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service * Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner * Handling events, emails and communications regarding the location. * Help develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers * Help develop and implement short-term and long-term goals * Cash outs and tip disbursement Qualifications and Skills: * Must be 19 years of age or older * Must have Smart Serve certification * Must be willing to work weekends, weekdays, holidays and evenings Physical Requirements * Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, etc and lift up to 35 lbs * Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, and crouch down numerous times during shift Most importantly...
