SummaryBell is seeking a Technical Due Diligence Project Manager to lead the evaluation, assessment, and qualification of prospective data centre sites across Canada. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end due diligence process to determine whether candidate properties meet Bell's technical, operational, financial, environmental, permitting, utility, and strategic criteria for AI Fabric and mission-critical infrastructure deployments. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, real estate, utility providers, environmental consultants, architects, permitting specialists, and construction partners to assess site suitability, identify risks, and provide executive recommendations for acquisition and development.
