*Dermatology Centre in New Westminster led by a team of experienced Physicians and other medical professionals. We are looking for a friendly, energetic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position would have 2 (+) years of experience in a GP or specialist medical clinic. * *POSITION BRIEF: 1 FT Position (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) * * 2-5 years of previous MOA experience required * We use Profile IntraHealth EMR and Cortico * This position is fully in person *MOA RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES OVERVIEW* * Referrals and tasks in EMR software * Triaging telephone calls with confidence and professionalism * Booking/scheduling appointments * Greeting patients and escorting them to rooms * Using the POS machine * Setting up rooms/procedures for services provided * Other MOA tasks as directed *QUALIFICATIONS* * MOA certificate preferred but not required * Works well independently as well as in a team environment * Good working relationship with their colleagues, office manager and physicians * Friendly, kind, and professional towards patients * Ability to take initiative * Excellent organization and communication skills *Wage*: $24-31 per hour *Start Date: *ASAP Thank you to those that apply, however, only candidates selected for an interview will be notified_._ _\*Please note that this job ad is posted on behalf of the clinic by the Fraser Northwest Division.
