*Overview* Join our team as a Residential Construction Supervisor and lead the successful delivery of high-quality residential building projects. In this role, you will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project timelines. Your expertise will drive excellence from foundation to finish, creating beautiful homes that meet client expectations and industry standards. This position also requires ability to do minor carpentry; although trades are hired for 99% of the scope of work, there will be times a site will need minor work to ensure the project is not delayed. *Responsibilities* * Supervise on-site construction activities of laneway and duplex homes, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers to maintain project schedules and resolve issues promptly * Organize orderliness and cleanliness of job sites * Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents to verify accuracy and guide onsite work * Conduct quality control inspections regularly to uphold safety standards and ensure craftsmanship meets company quality benchmarks *Experience* * Construction experience with a focus on residential developments *Personal suitability* * Accurate * Dependability * Judgement * Organized * Reliability * Team player Join us in shaping vibrant communities by leading residential projects with energy, precision, and passion!
