Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Tasks: Discuss work with supervisor. Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements. Complete reports to record problems and work performed. Coach and instruct apprentices. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certificate.
