At Alleviate, collaboration means recognizing when another perspective may benefit the client, communicating effectively with colleagues when appropriate, facilitating warm referrals, and participating in coordinated care with client knowledge and consent. *Who We're Looking For* We are looking for Mental Health Counsellors who provide thoughtful, client-centred and trauma-informed care to a diverse client population. We are particularly interested in clinicians with experience or a strong clinical interest in one or more of the following areas: * Trauma and PTSD * Anxiety and depression * Neurodivergence * Youth and adolescents * Couples and families * Grief and loss * Self-esteem and identity * Stress and burnout * Life transitions * Chronic pain and the psychological impact of injury or illness * Adjustment to changes in physical health, function or mobility * Emotional factors related to recovery, rehabilitation and return to activity * Parenting and family relationships *Our Transdisciplinary Approach* The right candidate will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
