*Motion Fitness Okotoks* is seeking a reliable and energetic *Full time *- *Front Desk Representative* to join our team for *our opening shift - Mon - Fri*. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic fitness environment and help our members feel welcome every day. *Key Responsibilities:* * Greet and welcome members and guests with a positive attitude. * Answer questions, address complaints, and provide exceptional customer service. * Assist guests with gym membership inquiries and direct them to the Membership Specialist. * Help incoming guests complete Non-Member Waivers while they wait for the Membership Specialist. * Support the Membership Specialist with membership processing as needed. * Process drop-ins in the member software. * Keep the front desk organized, tidy, and stocked with necessary materials. * Answer incoming calls, redirect as needed, and take messages. * Replenish towels, tissues, and sanitizing supplies. * Maintain accurate records, forms, and files. * Perform additional duties such as giving tours or handling pricing inquiries when the Membership Specialist is unavailable. *Required Skills & Qualifications:* * Highly motivated, energetic, and customer-focused. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Understanding of health club operations is a plus. * Team player, willing to cover or trade shifts when necessary. *Education & Experience:* * High School Diploma or GED required. * Prior experience in customer service and sales is required. * Experience in a health club, fitness, or hospitality setting is preferred. *Working Conditions:* * Primarily standing during shifts. *Supervision:* * Supervised and trained by the Manager. *Employee Benefits:* * Paid vacation days. * Complimentary gym membership upon hire (*conditions apply*).
