*About ErmTech* ErmTech is a mobile and in-shop automotive repair shop based in Port Coquitlam, serving everyday drivers, diesel vehicles, and local commercial fleets across the Tri-Cities. We're built on straightforward communication ? clear explanations, honest quotes, no upselling ? and we're looking for a technician who takes the same approach to the work itself. *What You'll Do* * Diagnose and repair a range of vehicle issues across engine, brake, suspension, and electrical systems * Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, inspections, tune-ups) alongside more complex diagnostic and repair work * Work both in-shop and on mobile service calls across Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody, and surrounding areas * Communicate clearly with customers about what a vehicle needs, why, and what it'll cost ? before starting the work * Support fleet maintenance accounts, including scheduled service and priority repair response * Source and verify correct OEM/aftermarket parts for each job *What We're Looking For* * Certified technician (Red Seal or equivalent) or significant hands-on experience ? apprentices with strong fundamentals will also be considered * Comfortable working independently on mobile calls, not just in a fixed bay * Diesel engine experience is a strong asset (light/medium-duty) * Valid driver's license in good standing * Own basic hand tools (shop tools and diagnostic equipment provided) * Clear communicator ? comfortable explaining technical issues to customers in plain language *What We Offer* * Competitive wage based on experience _( training support, etc.)_ * Mix of shop and mobile work ? variety in the day-to-day * A small, direct team where your input on jobs and process actually matters * Room to grow into diesel and fleet specialty work as the shop expands *How to Apply* Apply directly through Indeed, or reach out to ErmTech Automotive with your resume and a brief note on your experience.
