Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and strategic leader to join our team as the Clinical Executive Director. You are skilled in building and delivering complex healthcare programs and managing large and diverse interdisciplinary clinical teams. You achieve this by fostering strong collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders through open communication and a genuine desire to foster meaningful engagement. You can be depended on to foster a culture of accountability that is focussed on delivering strong results, supported by strong budgeting and financial management capabilities, an expert understanding of project and change management, and a thorough understanding of relevant healthcare regulations and standards to ensure compliance and best practices across all areas within your Program. Education Required: Master's degree in business or healthcare management, or equivalent training and experience within a clinical profession.Years of Experience Required: 8-10 years of progressive administrative and management experience in the healthcare sector.Process improvement (LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt) and project management training. What you will doAs the Clinical Executive Director you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in New Brunswick. Your responsibilities will include:Strategic Planning and Development:Developing a comprehensive strategic plan and annual operational plan for your Program that aligns with Horizon Health Network's strategic objectives and addresses community needs.Creating and implementing quality and efficiency improvement plans for your Program to ensure alignment with best practices and standards of care.Establishing and delivering upon objectives and key performance indicators (KPI) that align with the strategic plan and reflect the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Horizon Health Network.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborating effectively with regional partners and community stakeholders to secure necessary support to ensure successful delivery of the Programs mandate, goals, and objectives.Maintaining effective and consistent comm Location Various locations Fredericton , , NB
