Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and strategic leader to join our team as the Clinical Executive Director. You are skilled in building and delivering complex healthcare programs and managing large and diverse interdisciplinary clinical teams. You achieve this by fostering strong collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders through open communication and a genuine desire to foster meaningful engagement. You can be depended on to foster a culture of accountability that is focussed on delivering strong results, supported by strong budgeting and financial management capabilities, an expert understanding of project and change management, and a thorough understanding of relevant healthcare regulations and standards to ensure compliance and best practices across all areas within your Program. Education Required: Master's degree in business or healthcare management, or equivalent training and experience within a clinical profession.Years of Experience Required: 8-10 years of progressive administrative and management experience in the healthcare sector.Process improvement (LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt) and project management training.
